WHY SHOULD I HAVE MY WINDOWS CLEANED PROFESSIONALLY WHEN I CAN DO THEM MYSELF?
It really does make a difference. Paper towels and Windex just don't do the job satisfactorily. Plus, window cleaning can be dangerous involving the use of ladders. Window cleaning is also a good way to make a great impression with friends, family and visitors. Also, if you are in the process of selling your home, having your windows cleaned professionally will make your home stand out to potential buyers.
WHAT KIND OF SOAP DO YOUR USE?
we use a professional grade cleaner that is tough on dirt, but safe for your plants, animals and home, and gets the job done. The real secret is in the squeegee blade.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY WINDOWS?
This depends on the size of the job and the number of windows and screens that need to be cleaned. Residential jobs are usually completed in 3-4 hours or less. We can provide you with a time estimate at the time of our quote.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY WINDOWS CLEANED?
This really depends on your preference and your type of home. Some customers who live in the country or in problematic areas have their windows cleaned on a quarterly basis while others can get away with a semi-annual or annual basis. We recommend having your windows cleaned at least twice a year.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR YOU TO COME AND CLEAN MY WINDOWS?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you so nothing is absolutely required, but it is always helpful if you remove fragile objects from the windows, especially knick-knacks and plants. This will save us a lot of time and is very appreciated. Additional charges may apply if there is extensive furniture or extensive personal items that need to be moved.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR WINDOWS STAINED BY HARD WATER?
We charge by the window or by the job to remove hard water stains. It can be very time consuming and difficult to remove. Though there are many chemicals on the market, some do not work well when there is extreme hard water damage and other methods may be necessary. If you have any questions, call and ask and we will make you aware of the options we offer and let you know if they would make a noticeable difference.
IF IT RAINS WILL MY WINDOWS GET DIRTY AGAIN?
A common misconception is that rain causes windows to dirty and spot. Rain does many things but does not make a clean window dirty. It may make a dirty window look dirtier, but only if there is dirt already on the window. Actually, rain usually will keep windows cleaner longer. In general, clean windows + regular rain showers = cleaner windows.
HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY CARPET OR FLOOR FROM GETTING SOILED?
We wear protective booties over our shoes so we don't track dirt in from the outside. We place our water bucket on non carpeted floor whenever possible. Otherwise, we keep a protective towel under the water bucket at all times. We treat your home as if was our own.
DO I HAVE TO BE THERE TO GET AN ESTIMATE?
No, not at all. If you would like, we can also provide you with a quote over the phone. However, it would be beneficial if you could email or text us photos of all 4 sides of your home. For an in person estimate, we ask that you put any pets inside or have them tied up and unlock the gate or fence that we may need to open. We will do a quick walk around and leave the written estimate by your front door.

IS THE WORK GUARANTEED?
Absolutely! We want our clients to be 100% satisfied with our work. If for any reason you are not happy with the service, contact our office and we will do what it takes to resolve any issue. When you're completely satisfied, it's time to pay, not before.
